Delivery in France and internationally
Altalum ships its lighting fixtures within France and internationally, with special attention paid to the protection and packaging of each piece.
Delivery is free in Metropolitan France, unless otherwise indicated at the time of ordering.
Availability and shipping times may vary depending on the product. Some models are available immediately, while others are offered for pre-order or made-to-order. The lead time indicated on each product page prevails.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the available tracking information.
International deliveries
Altalum also delivers to many European and international countries.
Any applicable shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, package dimensions, and the nature of the items ordered. They are communicated before the order is confirmed whenever possible.
For any delivery outside the European Union, notably to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or Norway, customs duties, import taxes, local VAT, or carrier administrative fees may be required upon arrival.
Unless expressly stated as included at checkout, these fees are not included in the price paid to Altalum and remain the responsibility of the recipient. Their amount depends on the destination country's regulations, and Altalum cannot determine these amounts in advance.
In the United Kingdom in particular, VAT and import rules vary depending on the value of the shipment; fees may be requested by the carrier prior to delivery.
The customer is also responsible for checking any import regulations applicable in their country.
Receipt of your order
We recommend that you carefully inspect the condition of the package at the time of delivery.
In the event of a visibly damaged package, we invite you to:
- issue precise reservations with the carrier;
- take photographs of the package and the product;
- contact our customer service department promptly.
This will allow us to process your request under the best conditions.
