Warranty for our lighting fixtures
Altalum products are covered by the legal warranties applicable to consumers.
For new goods sold to a consumer, the legal guarantee of conformity may be exercised for two years from the delivery of the product.
This warranty specifically covers defects of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the product under the conditions provided by law.
It is distinct from the legal warranty against hidden defects.
In case of a problem
Contact our customer service department, indicating:
- your order number;
- the lighting fixture reference;
- a description of the problem;
- photographs or videos that identify the defect.
Our team will then advise you on the steps to follow.
No product should be returned without prior approval from our customer service department.
The warranty does not cover damages resulting from, in particular:
- improper installation;
- non-compliant use;
- impact or accident;
- modification of the product;
- incorrect electrical connection;
- normal wear and tear.
However, these exclusions cannot reduce the rights granted to the consumer by law under legal warranties.
