Returns and right of withdrawal
You have a legal period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to inform us of your wish to withdraw in the context of a distance purchase.
Before any return, please contact our customer service department so that we can provide you with the procedure to follow.
Products must be returned:
- complete;
- unused;
- in perfect condition;
- with their accessories and manuals;
- in their original packaging, properly protected.
Return shipping costs due to a change of mind are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise provided by law or in the event of an error attributable to Altalum.
We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance appropriate to the value of the product.
Items that are damaged, incomplete, or show signs of use that may prevent them from being resold may be subject to depreciation in accordance with applicable regulations.
Damaged or non-conforming products
If your item arrives damaged, broken, or does not match your order, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- your order number;
- photographs of the product;
- photographs of the parcel and packaging.
After reviewing your file, we will inform you of the handling procedure.
The rights related to the legal guarantee of conformity naturally remain applicable.
